We DO NOT share your information/request with the District or anyone else, other than CSEA member leaders, stewards, and Field Office staff, including our Labor Relations Representative (LRR). This Help Desk is located outside the District and is not accessible by the District.
If we do have to share information outside of CSEA to help you with your request, we will always ask you first, and have it documented in the ticket before doing so. You have the right to refuse to share information, although it may affect our ability to assist you.
Please DO NOT use your District e-mail address. We cannot assist you via District e-mail since it may become public record. Please share as much information as possible to help you with your request. We always ask that you provide a good phone number and time to call (don't use a District phone number or extension!).
